I continue to be inspired by our innate capacity towards adaptation, resilience and healing. Reducing pain and dysfunction to facilitate the 'release' of locked in trauma and soft tissue restrictions to re-invigorate health & vitality, has been the basis of my hands on therapeutic clinical approach in 19 years of professional practice.
My inspiration in movement dynamics draws from many years of practice in the Martial Arts!
I hold professional certifications in John Barnes Myofascial Release (Advanced Level), Sports Massage & Soft Tissue Therapy, Therapeutic Massage' alongside Health, Fitness and Exercise/Mobility Coaching.
As an affiliated tutor with the Massage Training Institute and Federation of Holistic Therapists, I coach with the Sheffield Centre for Massage Training and On The Spot Training UK.
My ongoing Clinical learning is predominantly with John Barnes and associated JBMFR expert practitioners and tutors throughout the US & UK.
